From a meeting at the roots dance Viver to two premieres at Fira Mediterrània.

The Viver
Four young dancers from different traditional dance groups meet at the Viver of the Programa d’Impuls a la Dansa d’Arrel. We find the urge to keep dancing together, curiosity and a hunger to learn: Radicel·la is born.
- 2024 – 25
Making Horabaixa
Supported by Barcelona Crea 2024, Diputació de Barcelona, the Generalitat de Catalunya, Fira Mediterrània and the Programa d’Impuls a la Dansa d’Arrel, and with residencies at La Unió Santcugatenca, Auditori de Ferreries, Esbart Sant Cugat, Centre Moral d’Arenys de Munt, Esbart Manresà and Som-hi Dansa, we create our first piece.

Horabaixa premieres
Our first piece premieres at Fira Mediterrània de Manresa and establishes us as a new voice in contemporary roots dance.
- 2025 – 26
On tour
Horabaixa tours Catalonia, Valencia, Mallorca and Portugal.
- 2026
Repic begins
Our second piece, directed by Laia Santanach, is selected for Fira Mediterrània’s Obrador d’Arrel and awarded the Beca Nosaltres grant.

Residency at Canal
Artistic residency at Centro Coreográfico Canal in Madrid.

Repic preview
Repic meets its first audience, thanks to the Beca Nosaltres grant.
